WWII era Kar 98k with Waffen marks. My research says this rifle was made in 1938 making it pre-war. It has been arsenal refurbished at some point but has almost all of the original parts. From what I can tell the arsenal replaced a barrel band and the rear sight leaf. 

The stock and action/bolt are in amazing condition. Barrel is accurate for WWII standards and shoots well.

Stock, action, bolt, magazine plate, and more have matching serial numbers.
