Full Description
Barra Airguns copy of the 1870's top break Smith and Wesson. 5 inch barrel with nickel finish.
These function just like a real Schofield, single action with a nice 3 lb. trigger.
All Schofields come with a smootbore barrel and 6 brass "cartridges" that hold a BB in the nose of the cartridge. I bought the $30 optional rifled barrel for using .22 pellets.
Much better accuracy with pellets, and you dont have to remove the cartridges to load a pellet, as they go into the base of each cartridge, where the primer would be on a centerfire.
Remove the left grip panel, put a Co2 cartridge in and tighten it down with the hex bit built into the grip. I get about 11 cylinderfulls (66 shots) from a Co2 cartridge, that is firing the heavier .22 pellets.
If you prefer .177 pellets you can buy a barrel for those too. This is a very solid gun, all metal except for the grips. Good practice for the real revolver that you can do in the backyard, and shoot cheaply too.
I have $160 in this with the extra barrel, selling for $80. Can ship to you for another $15.
