I have 6 magpul p mags  plus 1 master molder double 20 round mag all fully loaded with good brass cased ammo plus two 50 round boxes of Perfecta .223 55grain fmj ammo plus a bag of 30 rounds of loose brass cased .233 ammo for a total of 350 rounds of good brass cased .223 ammo.
