Gerber Fastball Cleaver blade folding knife. 

This is a factory custom with a laser engraved S30V cleaver blade, Black hardware and natural/jade colored g10 scales. Knife is in extremely good used condition with a factory edge and has only been used to open one or two letters other than that it has sat in a drawer. Please see all pictures for further description.
