1984 Volquartsen RUGER w/VX-2500 stock TASCO a/o cased.

This Ruger s/n dates to 1984, extremely rare and early full Volquartsen build, with unmarked and un-serialized VX-2500 all aluminum stock.

Volquartsen fluted and compensated stainless steel barrel, bolt, and stock.  Only the top frame is Ruger.  Earliest type of Volquartsen mark on barrel.

This is 100% original gun as set up in the 1980s.  Rimfire collectors dream.  A gun like this was over 1750$ retail in 1984 without any additions.

Comes with Tasco Mag IV 50 scope and original weaver steel mounts, with Butler Creek caps.  These scopes were Japanese made, and used versions sell for over 200$ on ebay.

Comes with aluminum SKB Model 4900 case that retails for over 220$.
