This "mouse gun" was purchased new back in 1995.  It's the basic "plain Jane" model, i.e. matte black finish, plastic grips, 2.4" un-threaded barrel, and 7-round magazine. 

It was fired just enough to determine that it functions reliably with various brands of .22LR High Velocity 40-grain ammo. It has an external trigger, and it can be fired in either single or double-action mode.  The barrel tips up, and the slide assembly can be easily detached without tools for cleaning purposes.
