First off google the The High Power Medic for some additional context on the gunsmith.i bought it new from him thru gunbroker. He works directly with BH Solutions, which makes many of the upgraded parts for the High Powers.
He built this gun and another for use in YouTube videos where he demonstrated the installation of many of these components. I was able to buy the gun from him at auction. The work done would cost about 1000 bucks alone to do.
ive put about 300 rounds thru it. Its a great concealed carry pistol. And shoots better than any factory high power i have ever owned.
The build was a new Century Centurion High Power Clone. The High Power Medic did the following work:

The trigger has actual tactile reset feel, which is not found in a Browning High Power normally.

With the SFS system you carry the gun hammer down, then draw it, disengage the safety and the hammer automatically goes back and you fire away.
It allows you to carry the gun without the hammer digging into your side. FN introduced the system many years back and did some high powers with this system.
The High Power Medic also removed the magazine disconnect.
He installed an XS tritium big dot front night sight too and he did a satin shiny black cerakote to the frame and slide and installed palm swell walnut checkered grips.
I bought this a few months ago, comss with 2 mags, additional recoil springs, and the original bill of sale and list of the work done from the High Power Medic.
Im only selling this and a few other guns to cover some unexpected expenses, this is a fantastic high power clone with a lot of work, no hammer bite, and a fantastic tactile reset trigger which you never get in a high power pistol.
