This is model AR6721, a semi-auto with a 16" HBAR (heavy) barrel with 1:9 twist, flash hider, collapsible stock (4 positions), A2 front sight, and 1-30rd mag.

Magpul furniture:  MBUS backup Rear sight, B.A.D Lever, Stock, Hand Guard, Grip (verticle grip not included). 

This Colt is stamped "Restricted Military/Government Law Enforcement/Export Use Only"(see photos). This rollmark was discontinued by Colt in 2011 and is desirable to some collectors.
