German Weatherby Mark V 300 Weatherby Magnum Deluxe "Presentation Rifle" (sn 324xx) from Roy Weatherby to Bob Housholder, for a Dall Sheep hunt. Full custom shop rifle. w/ Lighter colored Custom Shop deluxe stock , inlaid diamond inset on forend bottom engraved "Bob Housholder". Checkered bolt knob,The barrel is 24 inches with a Pendleton muzzle brake, installed at Weatherby.. It came with a 4 power x 81mm Weatherby Supreme scope, in Buehler rings/mounts.It has been fired less than a 20 round box, for sight-in and use on the Dall sheep hunt. Condition is 98%+..     Bob Housholder was the first hunter to achieve the "Arizona Big Ten" gane animal award, Arizona big game guide, secretary of the Grand Slam Club, Safari Club, Big Horn Sheep Society, author of numerous Arizona hunting books, including Big Horn Sheep, Javalina, "The Grizzly Bear In Arizona", etc..Outdoor Life magazine writer, etc, etc.. I bought this rifle from him in 1989, along with another Weatherby in 340 Mag, also listed for sale on this site.
