H/R Model 317 "Ultra Wildcat" .223 Rem custom by Maynard Lambert, Salt Lake City, Utah 1972.

Sako Vixen L461 round top action that has been accurized and trued, matched with a 22" .223 Rem Douglas Barrel. The bolt operates like smooth glass, and the custom trigger is light and breaks cleanly. H/R American Walnut stock with custom cheek rest and rosewood accents as well as 4 panel checkering on the forend and grip. Wood is finished in gloss laquer and has a couple minor scuffs. The bore is clean and looks brand new. Bluing is near perfect.  The previous owner had scratched the magazine floor plate, but new ones are still available. The scope is a vintage Redfield Illuminator 3-12 x 56mm and adjustable paralax and is a very nice scope in perfect like new condition. Very accurate rifle and light weight.
