This an early, low-serial (#4789) Plainfield Machine Co. Paratrooper M1 Carbine in excellent shape, with the retractable wire buttstock, heatshield, and wood foregrip, in 30 Carbine. It shoots and cycles great, I only have about 75-100 rounds through it, it’s been a safe queen otherwise. 30 Carbine ammo is available.
