Three decades ago I held a FFL in Yuma.  I was a hoarder who purchased way too many firearms.  This Marlin is one of the few long guns I hoarded.  

My 39AS is NOS (New Old Stock) never fired.  It is exactly as it was received from the Marlin distributor 3 decades ago.  Includes the original packageing with all tags/paperwork as received.

Valid AZ driver's license is a must.
