Midwest industries 16inch Mid-Length Upper Receiver with 14 inch M-LOK rail and chamber in .223 Wylde with 1/8 twist 16inch barrel. .223 wylde is the best of both worlds and made specifically so it can handle both 5.55 and .223.  Brand new. Never fired. No bolt carrier group. I recieved this in a package deal. Mounted some stuff on it and was gonna complete it as a build and sell but haven't gotten around to it. So im just gonna sell just the upper.

Retail for the upper is 820 bucks straight from Midwest industries. It is brand new and never fired. 650 I think is more than fair. Almost 200 off and its still brand new.
