Like new, yes it is a build BUT built to spec with all Noveske parts except the barrel which I specifically wanted a competition barrel, here it is: Noveske gen 1 "H" prefix lower with Noveske parts kit. N4 handguard and matching upper from Noveske. Craddock Competition  barrel with matching Craddock gas block and tube. Noveske BCG and the bolt was sent to JP Rifles with the barrel to be headspaced.  the rifle was cerakoted in No wake Tiger Eye by Armed Concepts in Houston.  triggertech competition trigger.  it is pictured with a Night Force ATACR 3-16 by 50 MOA illuminated reticle.  the light is not included.   I'll sell the rifle bare for $1800 or with the optic for $3000.  This is a steal if you know what it is.
