All original, Pre'64 Winchester Model 70 Featherweight sn 4572xx. Original swivels butt plate sights w/ front sight hood. The walnut stock shows clean, sharp checkering with some varnish wear from hunting trips., but has NO brusing or cracks in the wood.. Blue is 98%...The only blue wear is on the bolt knob edge from storage in a soft case over the last60+ years. The aluminum floorplate shows one scratch (see picture) & I'm unsure if the floorplate finish is original. Action & bolt serial numbers match. The bore is bright/shiny with very sharp lands/grooves and zero discoloration in it. The factory trigger is set at a crisp 4 pounds for hunting. It has Leupold scope bases and one inch medium rings.
