This is a very nice tactical version of the Ruger PC Carbine in 9mm.  It has been lightly used with about 200 - 300 rounds through it.  It was cleaned before and after use, and shows very little wear.  It comes with the original box and accessories including the optional Glock Magwell and a 17 round Ruger magazine.  It has a threaded barrel with the original thread protector, and the usual features like the extendable stock and Ruger picatinny rail for mounting optics.  It is a takedown model using the normal Ruger takedown system.

I am selling this rifle because I also have a PC Charger that I am planning on making into an SBR, and I do not need two rifles that are so similar.  I am physically located in Northwest Phoenix/Glendale, but can drive to meet a buyer if needed.

I would prefer to sell this locally to an arizona resident with an AZ CCW permit that matches their ID to verify that they are legally allowed to own this rifle.  Other buyers could go through a local FFL to verify legality.
