It comes with the factory wood grips, a set of Pachmayer finger groove Grips, a nylon, camouflage holster, and 450 + rounds of 41 magnum ammunition 300 + are hunting rounds hollow pont, and lead, and 100 are factory self-defense HP/ hunting  rounds.
