Smith & Wesson Performance Center M&P15 PC15-1 5.56 NATO Limited-Edition 20" Bull Barrel AR-15 Rifle

This limited-run Performance Center PC15-1 was built between 2008 and 2011 as Smith & Wesson’s precision-oriented take on the AR-15, making it an appealing choice for shooters who value accuracy and collectors seeking scarce factory Performance Center models.

The PC15-1 features a 20-inch, 416 matte stainless bull barrel with a recessed crown and 1:8 right-hand twist, giving it the rigidity and consistency sought by precision shooters.

A smooth-side upper receiver omits the forward assist for a cleaner profile, while the free-float YHM aluminum tube handguard eliminates contact with the barrel, helping maintain sub-MOA potential claimed by the factory.

The rifle’s two-stage Performance Center trigger breaks at a crisp 4.0 pounds, providing a predictable pull that complements the heavy barrel’s accuracy benefits.

An ACE skeletonized fixed stock with foam over-tube keeps weight centered and offers a 13.75-inch length of pull, and a ERGO contoured rubber pistol grip adds secure control.

Hard-coat anodized 7075-T6 aluminum receivers contrast with the natural stainless barrel, creating a functional, durable finish typical of Performance Center builds and underscoring the PC15-1’s limited-edition status.

The front of the magazine port features block pattern and the S&W Performance Center logo on the left side of the lower receiver. 

The original nylon zippered Performance Center case and outer shipping sleeve are included and contain the manual, lock and a single detachable magazine.
