This is SIG Sauer's polymer hammer-fired handgun which is dimensionally and functionally similar to the P229.

Ive owned it for about fifteen years and have only shot it occasionally.  I bought it from the original purchaser who also didn't shoot it much.

Incleded with the sale are six ten-round magazines, two grip modules, and an Alien Gear IWB holster. I do not have the original cardboard box.
