The only marking is from the arsenal where it was made. It's not a commercial branded 'Norinco'. Sling, and cleaning tips in the stock. It had a scope mounted previously, and the rear sights elevator is missing.  Sarco Inc has them for $25 if you didn't want to use an optic.
