1 New Custom S&W Performance Center 2000 Shofield 7inch barrel .45 Cowboy Artist Award Revolver to Country Artist Bill Owen. New in the factory box with fired casing from 'Collector/Tech' on 11/20/2002. Was awarded to Bill Owen in 2003 and is engraved on the barrel. I have tried to get papers from S&W Historical Foundation but their system states "firearms with "triple-alpha-numeric" serial numbers that date from 1982 to about 2013, are unable to letter." I have messaged them and the Secretary/Treasurer, Michael Helms replied that the computers that house the information is down, they are working on it but it can be months before it is resolved. I do believe this is a limited custom item and would make it worth in the $5000-$8000 range. My situation is not allowing me time to move this item and am pricing it at $4000 for you to take the time to get the information and have the opportunity to own such a historical piece, especially if you are into the Cowboy Artist world out of Scottsdale.
