Up for sale is a Polish wz. 29 Mauser in the export configuration (wz. 29e), a Spanish Civil War-era rifle chambered in 8mm Mauser (7.92×57). These were produced at the Fabryka Broni arsenal in Radom and exported abroad in the Spanish interwar/Civil War period. This one was brought into the U.S. during the 1950s–early 60s by Interarms and is not import marked — a nice plus for collectors.

Markings & matching:

• Bolt, receiver, and stock are all matching (serial 48509)

• Receiver has been scrubbed; the receiver and bolt carry the distinctive “Z-in-circle” (Radom) marking only

• Caliber marked 8MM on the barrel

Condition:

• Overall very good+

• Bore is good, with well-defined lands and grooves. Note: the bore photo was taken without a bore light, just ambient light. I've used an AI background remover to help show it off better.
