Springfield TRP 1911 (light weight) contour carry chambered in 9MM.  This is SA newest offering featuring the Agency Arms optic mounting system.  Initially, this was going to be my personal firearm and so I had it sent off to Don Williams of “The Action Works” for some work.  The TRP received a full trigger re-work using Harrison Design ignition kit with an aluminum (med curved) trigger shoe.  Nicely tuned to a beautifully clean and crisp 4lb pull weight.  The barrel was throated and polished and the frame received a fitted EGW slide stop and strong-side thumb safety.  The grip safety was sensitized and the pistol is currently running a 14lb Wolff recoil spring. The OEM slim grips and grip bushing were swapped out with Challis grip bushings, slotted screws and VZ's new black/white “carbon fiber” panels.  The TRP is running a Trijicon RMR Type 2 adjustable optic with 6.5 MOA dot.  Additionally included with the pistol are (5) CMC Power Mags.  (4) of the mags have base plates for positive mag seating and (1) is a flush fit for deep conceal.  The TRP has approximately 135-150 rounds through it for function/performance testing and I experienced ZERO malfunctions using Blazer Brass 124gr FMJ and Nosler ASP 124gr JHP.  The right side of the frame does have some “sweep marks” from the now removed OEM ambi-safety being actuated and the very leading edge of the slide shows some extremely minor finish wear from being holstered a few dozen times.  Overall, this TRP is in excellent condition and will make a fantastic carry firearm!  As much as I would like to keep it, I need another commander 1911 like I need a whole in the head.  I'm listing this firearm at well below my dealer costs (this price also doesn't reflect the gun smithing services done).  Truly, my loss is your gain!
