The rifle currently functions and fires, but it has a known worn component in the bolt/trigger retention system that should be replaced. On a properly functioning M91/30, the trigger normally must be pulled to remove the bolt during disassembly. On this rifle, the bolt can currently be removed without pulling the trigger because the retaining surface/component is worn.

This condition does not prevent the rifle from cycling or firing, but it is a known mechanical issue and is being disclosed to the buyer. Inspection and repair by a qualified gunsmith is recommended before continued use.

Sold as a used consignment firearm in its current condition.
