Bought this complete lower on here around August last year. Guy was pretty cool. Said he never attached an upper to it, so it's never been shot. He was in the same spot I'm in now. Was going to do a build with it at some point but I need cash more than I need another rifle. I paid $600 for it and it's sat doing nothing since then. Asking to get the $600 back out of it.
