I'm up just north of Carefree Highway along I17 in Anthem. With the price of gas, I really don't want to drive too far into town unless you want to buy it all. I can ship if you use PayPal and cover additional shipping cost using USPS Flat Rate box rates (large - $32.75).  Everything will fit in a large USPS box.
