This is a Genuine Original Sight Adjustment Tool for the HK diopter drum sight. New old stock with original package and pamplet. The factory part number is 300009 and the screwdriver handle has the number 1013-W4 stamped or molded on the side. The approximate manufacturing date is around 1992. Made in Germany.
