This is a Midwest Industries Mlok handguard for any Marlin 1895/1894 that uses a front handguard cap. There is also an adapter for rifles without an endcap that will make this handguard work (not included). 
This was test fit on my rifle but never installed and I still have it in the original box with the install hardware unopened (plus you get stickers!).
