This is a custom-made display plaque for large frame  revolvers and some pistols.

It's in decent used condition. The rubber coating on the hooks has worn in places, but could easily be redone if so, desired. Has loops for 6 38 cartridges or similar sized. 
sturdy and designed for heavy handguns.
