This is a Radian Weapons afterburner+ramjet micro compensator for a Gen3-5 Glock 19/19x/45. 

I test fit this on my 45 but it has ZERO rounds through it. Still have original box with all parts (bolt and t15 bit). This is a bolt on and go kit that delivers ~30% less recoil on 124g ammo! No threaded barrel needed here and has easy to detach setup to clean. 

It should work on any comparable aftermarket slides but confirm on your own.

This is the bronze barrel version which is $400+ new.
