Bolt Carrier group included, but extractor is not working and pin holding it in will need to be drilled out. So I recommend just a new bolt face assembly. 

Handguard is bent towards the back end of the receiver, so first 2 mlok slots at the 6 o'clock position are non functional so massive discount there.

Paint is spray paint but no clear coat so it can be cleaned with acetone. I can do it for you just ask and give me a day. But if someone offers to buy it with the paint job they will get priority. I won't ask for payment until the upper is in your hands. 

Good project upper for those who like to tinker while still being usable. Been a work horse for me for some projects and hunting but need the monet st the moment.
