Just like our split rear rais, the front rails are precision machined from billet stainless steel to eliminate mechanical failures due to voids in the metal and tighten up part tolerances. This upgrade in material choice addresses any concerns about weakness and dimensional issues associated with factory metal injection molded (MIM) rails.

By splitting the front rail locking block into three separate parts, we isolate the installation of parts that involve user-drilled holes to just the locking block, increasing the success of novice and veteran builders alike the first time around.  This also allows the front rails themselves to be dropped in and pinned through the pre-formed hole on the PF940C so you will never, ever have rail fitment or alignment issues on your build again.
