This is my personal and favorite Elk rig and has succesfully taken several Elk.  I turn 75 this November and I just can't do another high altitude Elk hunt so I selling off my Elk rifles.  This one shoots accurate and has never let me down.  The brake really makes a huge difference with the recoil so don't be fearfull of this rifle, it will not hurt you.
