The scope has been used only a short time.  The scope comes with extras from the factory: Bushnell (Bulter Creek type) flip-up lens covers for the eye piece and the front objective, screw in metal lens sun shade, and a micro-cloth lens cleaning cloth.  No scratches.   This scope is a great one and is ideal for hunting.  The scope gathers light extremely well.  Really good scope I just found something I liked better.   $200 without mount
