The VX®-6HD 2-12x42mm riflescope takes versatility to the next level. It offers an incredibly wide field of view, while giving you the magnification needed for mid to long-range shots. Its rugged, lightweight body has made it a favorite for any hunter not willing to sacrifice performance or weight. We built it for anything and everything, including your next epic adventure.
Built around Leupold’s Professional-Grade Optical System, the 2-12 offers unmatched light transmission that’s designed to outperform in the most challenging lighting conditions. Its industry leading glare reduction provides a clear image in harsh, direct light, while the resolution and clarity will meet the demands of any professional guide or shooter in the field. The wide zoom range combined with an in-scope electronic reticle level, CDS-ZL2 ZeroLock® elevation dial, and removable throw lever, make the VX-6HD the most versatile Leupold® riflescope ever made.
The VX-6HD goes where other scopes can't. Its unique combination of features, durability, and professional-grade optical performance guarantees that it can handle any challenge you throw at it. It's 100% waterproof and fogproof, and like all Leupold riflescopes, it's designed, machined, and assembled in the USA and guaranteed to perform for life.
A versatile 6:1 zoom ratio gives you 6 times more magnification at high power than at low power (model magnification ranges are available in powers of 6x: 1-6, 2-12, 3-18, 4-24, etc.), so you can dial your power way down for close encounters or all of the way up for long-range shots. The larger the zoom ratio, the more versatile one scope can be.
