The UTM AR-15/M16/M-4 MMR/Blank Kit with magazines and BCG was designed and engineered for utmost safety, in-service reliability and maintainability. UTM AR-15/M16/M-4 MMR/Blank Kit with magazine are easy to install, typically a simple exchange of the manufacturer's bolt and carrier assembly. All UTM AR-15/M16/M-4 MMR/Blank Kit with magazine adapt the host weapon to fire UTM ammunition with the feel and function of "live" ammunition. UTM 5.56mm Man-Marker weapon conversions adapt the host weapon to fire UTM's 5.56mm Man-Marker Round and the UTM 5.56mm Blanks (SBR/BBR). The UTM Man-Marker & Blank Conversions will not fire UTM TBR ammunition. All UTM AR-15/M16/M-4 MMR/Blank Kits are expertly designed and engineered with a Fail-Safe measure to prevent the discharge of a standard '"live"' round. UTM AR-15/M16/M-4 MMR/Blank Kits will allow the host weapon to fire UTM's 5.56mm Man-Marker Round and the UTM 5.56mm Blanks (SBR/BBR). The UTM 5.56mm MMR conversions are engineered so that in the event a "live" round and/or the UTM Target Bullet Round, with its recessed primer, have been chambered during a Non-Lethal Training Ammunition (NLTA) scenario the lethal round will not discharge.
