First is the revised 1971 13 edition of the "Professional Guides Manual"
456 pages also full of B & W photos. Written for the North Star Guide Association
of which I suspect GLH was the only member.

This book is the grown ups edition of the Boy Scouts Handbook and Camping Manuals.

It is full of hunting, camping, fishing and boating information. Included is information
on hunting dogs, navigating in the woods (no GPS back then) etc.
Again, hard to describe all the information in this book without seeing it.
I am asking $29 ORO for this book.

Second is a copy of the "Bull Cook and Authentic, Historical Recipes and Practices".
It is the 1971 15th edition.
It is in excellent condition and are about 384 pages.
This book is primarily a cook book, but has GLH's history of so many recipes and is full of
his historical antidotes and such subjects and making your own corned beef
and when was Wyatt Earp employed by Dodge City as assistant Marshall or Marshall.
He was never a US Marshall.
The cook books also contains a large section on making homemade wine and beer.

I am asking $25 fORO or this one.

These books are in very good to excellent condition for their age
and all hardcovers.
