Full Description
The red dot sight is NOT included and has been put on a different rifle.
I have owned this since 2018 and only put a few hundred rounds of low-pressure sub-sonic .38spl. through it with a suppressor for use as a quiet fun toy. I added the scope rail a few years ago.
Marlin only made this specific model for 2 years (2018 to 2020) before being discontinued when selling out to Ruger. Under Ruger ownership, similar product called the 1894 Trapper is sold today, but not this specific one.
If you want something you can shoot quietly, but with a little bit more political correctness, this is perfect. Even the kids and womenz can enjoy it with low recoil .38 powder puff loads. Shooting target wadcutters out of this thing with a can is a hoot. And yet, stuff it with magnums and this puppy can deal with anything you're likely to encounter in the Arizona countryside, including black bears. If you load your own quiet handloads on the cheap, you can shoot this all day for only slightly more than the cost of cheap bulk 9mm ammo.
